The first signee to Conway The Machineโs Drumwork Music Group imprint, Jae Skeese appeared on two songs on
the deluxe version of Conway The Machineโs From King To A GOD, and the first
single, โBlood Roses,โ from La Maquina. Skeese continued his ascent by not only
appearing (โDrumworkโ with fellow signee 7xvethegenius) on Conwayโs Shady
Records debut album God Donโt Make Mistakes, but also by contributing to the
albumโs rollout, as Skeese murked two different freestyles alongside Conway on
Bootleg Kev and LA Leakers.
On the heels of his recently released collaborative project, Pain
Provided Profit, with Conway The Machine, Drumwork Music Group Spring takeover continues with the
announcement of Jae Skeeseโs Drumwork Music Group debut album, Abolished Uncertainties, which will
be released on 3-24-23. Abolished Uncertainties is executive
produced by Conway The Machine, and features appearances from Conway and
Freeway.
Along with his new album announcement, Skeese also shared Abolished Uncertainties first focus
track and video, โBonneville,โ which was premiered exclusively by
HipHopDx. โBonnevilleโ is now
available.
โBonnevilleโ is one of those real gritty
joints where I just wanted to tell people where Iโm from. I got the beat from
Cartune Beatz and instantly I started thinking about growing up, sharing my
experiences where Iโm from, and how crazy it would be to paint that picture
over a crazy beat like thisโ Jae Skeese shared with HipHopDx. โThere are elements in โBonneville,โ like the
woman talking in the beginning, the things she says, the jingle in the
beginning, and the way I describe the city that will make anyone know exactly
what it feels like to be from the Eastside of Buffalo.โ
Jae Skeeseโ Abolished Uncertainties will be
released on 3-24-23 via Drumwork Music Group/EMPIRE.
