- If you want to cancel and no work has started yet, and it’s within 24 hours of payment, we may consider a refund. Hit us up ASAP to review your case.
Heads up: Once your content is live or distributed, that service is considered fully delivered and non-refundable — because we keep our word and do the work.
2. Physical Products (Apparel, Merchandise, etc.)
- Got an issue with something you bought from our official store (https://www.thisishiphophq.com.ng/shop/)? We’ve got you — if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, with clear photos of the issue.
