Funk / Hip Hop band Tervete Collective releases their single "Same Old Things".
Based in Adelaide Australia, Tervete Collective is part of the ever growing Inner Tribe crew, and made up of four core members:
Hamish Scanlon on drums
Cianan Lee on Bass
Jay Fowkes on Guitar
Dan Iser on Trumpet
“Same old things” is their debut to the world, a laid back jazz infused groove, roasted and toasted by LA born but Adelaide based rapper Cazeaux O.S.L.O (who recently featured on the QUAKERS album on Stones Throw records).
Out digitally worldwide on Jan 8, with remixes from label boss INKSWEL and LA legend DJ DESIGN (featuring Phat Kat) to follow. Plus limited edition 7 inch vinyl version.
The band had the honour of playing at the 2020 Womad festival as well as the recent, sold out Utopia state festival at paper shell farms and more recently alongside Planetself for "Soul In The Horn", curated by Natasha Diggs & D.Prosper.
