RIHANNA ‘CRYING NONSTOP’ AS SHE CANCELS BABY SHOWER FOLLOWING A$AP ROCKY’S ARREST

A$AP Rocky was nabbed by the LAPD at Los Angeles International Airport as he and Rihanna were returning from Barbados for his alleged involvement in a 2021 shooting. According to The Sun, a source close to the couple says the expectant Rihanna has been extremely emotional in the wake of the incident. The couple was supposedly expected to hold a baby shower on Wednesday night (April 20) but was canceled.

“She’s heavily pregnant and these are very serious accusations,” they said. “It’s a nightmare scenario for her. Rihanna was very, very upset and stressed by Rocky’s arrest. It’s not the best time for her to be on such an emotional rollercoaster.”
A$AP Rocky has been under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department over a shooting that took place in the Hollywood area last November. The victim of the shooting told police Rocky approached him with a handgun on the street and shot him three to four times, with one of the bullets grazing his left hand.
The LAPD issued a statement regarding the incident that read, “On November 6, 2021, around 10:15 p.m., an argument between two acquaintances occurred in the area of Selma Avenue and Argyle Avenue, in the Hollywood area. The argument escalated and resulted in the suspect firing a handgun at the victim. The victim sustained a minor injury from the incident and later sought his medical treatment. Following the shooting, the suspect and two additional males fled the area on foot.”
Shortly after Rocky’s arrest, he posted $550,000 bail and was released. Police reportedly used a battering ram to collect evidence from his L.A. home, but it’s unclear what they discovered. Rocky's next hearing is August 17.

50 Cent Reportedly Claims Snoop Dogg-Inspired STARZ Series “Is No Longer In Production”

Snoop's "greenlight gang" has been making major moves in television for years, but according to 50 Cent, STARZ has missed the mark on a new potential series. It was just four months ago when we reported on Fif announcing his plans to move forward with a Snoop Dogg-inspired series Murder Was the Case. With hits like BMF, Power, and more under his belt, 50 Cent seemed assured that this would be yet another award-winning series that would further place him on the map of TV production excellence.
Back in 1993, Snoop was infamously on trial for allegedly being involved in the killing of Philip Woldermariam, a rival gang member.
Snoop's bodyguard McKinley Lee admitted to reportedly shielding the rapper from Woldermariam and firing the shots that killed him. After a tense, highly-publicized trial, both Lee and Snoop Dogg were acquitted of murder. This is a story in Hip Hop history that is begging to be told, so when Fif declared his was up for the task, it seemed as if it would be a perfect fit. However, he recently revealed that things have hit a bit of a snag.
According to Fif, "Murder was the case is no longer in production at STARZ. I give them the alley-oop, they drop the damn ball. Anyway I hope snoop tell his story." Fans, too, are hoping to see this tale dramatized on the small screen.

LIL BABY & ED SHEEREN TAKE DANCE STEPS IN UKRANIAN STREETS FOR ā€˜2STEP’ VIDEO

Lil Baby and Ed Sheeran got the internet buzzing this morning as they danced in the Ukrainian streets for the remix music video of “2step,” Sheeran’s latest single, but the singer-songwriter added the film was shot before the war began.

“I filmed the video for 2step in the city of Kyiv, Ukraine before the devastating acts of violence started to take place,” Sheeran wrote as a disclaimer at the beginning of the video. “It was my very first time visiting the country and I felt so welcomed during my stay there.
“Ukraine is a proud and resilient country and I’m grateful to have had the chance to film my video there,” he added. He then wrote in the video’s teaser that although it was his first time there, he “quickly loved the people and the place. There was no sign of the horror that was to come to Ukraine and my heart goes out to everyone there.”
Lil Baby uses his verse to convey these good vibes as he raps about a memorable night out he had with his love interest.
“Sun comin’ up when we walk out, we lost the track of time/Everything that I’d been dealin’ with ain’t even crossed my mind/I don’t see nobody in here but us, for real, for you I’m blind/We go anywhere, it don’t take much for us to catch a vibe,” he raps.
Sheeran concluded his PSA by saying the video’s streaming proceeds will all be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
Lil Baby is the latest rapper to give the pop star his flowers. Kodak Black previously revealed he’s also cooking up a song with the red-headed singer.
“I Got A Song Wit Ed Sheeran & Other Elite Artists I Snapped Within a Year,” Kodak tweeted. “My Song With Ed Sheeran So Fye I’m Tryna Decide Should I Put It On This Album Or My Album In August.”
