JET 2 PREMIERE “BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR”

By This Time Next Year is the latest album from rapper Jet 2. This is a musical voyage impressively touching an array of subjects on whatā€™s been happening in the last five years since the last release of the Lie Out Loud EP. Subjects span from dealing with everyday challenges regarding women, lack of success, and even police brutality. Spanning fifteen tracks the listener is in for an almost movie like experience due to the amount of detail left with the listener. Expect production from multi-platinum producer Eliot Bohr, Jerri Jheto, Orion Eastmond, Gerard Spencer, and Chayyim Synigal.

The artist born Jonathan Ihejeto produced 80% of the album and mixed the projectin entirety himself. These skills were developed at the Musicians Institute where the rapper studied music production and recording. Born into a musical family, starting off as a drummer the emcee began rapping a little over a decade ago. With this release Jet 2 is finally making a name for himself after years of sharpening skills. This is a project created with intentions of playing from start to finish. After the defining introduction track Family First, it will be difficult to hit the spacebar to prevent the album from blaring.

A batch of singles has been released in preparation for the body of work which were met with moderate success. The only thing missing is a slew of videos which Wrekless plans to release in the very near future. Jet 2 is boasting countless bars, original flow, and natural melodies on every instrumental. This is an album that you do not want to leave out of your personal collection. Ihejeto is known for wordplay that rhythmically tells a story through each syllable. Each song nudges the listener to dig deeper on multiple outlooks of life. Ihejeto draws a variety of inspiration into his musical view to permit his own influence of inspiration with each listener.

Westlife Teases New Music

Westlife have shared a new snippet of their new music with fans.
Bandmates Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Mark Feehily and Kian Egan finished recording their 12th studio album in August.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, 11th October, they shared a 14-second teaser of their highly anticipated new music, and wrote: “Could it be, could it be the start of somethingā€¦? šŸ‘€šŸŽ¶”
The group have also changed their profile picture across their social media accounts.
The upcoming album was recorded entirely remotely, with Nicky Byrne describing it as "a hell of an experience".
“Dogs Barking, doorbell going, WiFi dropping out to mention just a few šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøbut we got there in the end!" he shared on Instagram.
In March, Westlife announced that they had signed with East West Records, which is owned by Warner Music, following their exit from EMI by "mutual consent".

When is Adeleā€™s new album coming out? Latest release date news ahead of upcoming single ā€˜Easy on Meā€™

Musical superstar Adele (born Adele Laurie Blue) now 33, is about to drop her fourth album, this one titled 30.

Adele fans are eagerly anticipating her fourth studio album after a six-year wait.
The singer’s previous record were all named after the age she was when she wrote them ā€“ so 19, 21 and 25 ā€“ and this looks set to follow the same pattern.
So when will the next one drop? Here’s everything we know so far.
What do we know about Adele’s new album?
Adele, now 33, looks set to drop her fourth album, this one titled 30.
She released a snippet for a new song titled ‘Easy on Me’ on social media.
The video shows the star leaning out the window as she drives a car, as sheets of paper with music on them are blown away, with the single set to be released on Friday 15 October.
Fans were in a frenzy after the Grammy-award-winning star updated her social media accounts and website to tease her new music.

The 33-year-old’s social media profile pictures on Instagram and Twitter have been changed to a turquoise pattern and her bio now just shows a link to her website, where fans are asked to sign up for more information.
Soon after the changes were spotted #Adele30 began trending online, and mysterious billboards with the number 30 began popping up across the UK and the rest of the world.
When will 30 be released?
We don’t yet know the release date for the album, and Adele is keeping it a secret.
However, the release of 25 on 20 November 2015 came just less than a month after the lead single “Hello”. If a similar schedule is followed for 30 you can expect it at some point in the middle of November.
Fans certainly believe it may be close and the marketing does seem to be ramping up. It comes after Tokyo, Dubai, Paris, London and various cities in the US were hosts to mysterious billboards and projections of the number 30 last weekend.
The projections were spotted on the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Colosseum in Rome, Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate, Amsterdam’s Nemo Museum and New York’s Empire State Building.
She has been creative with her album releases in the past. Adele’s last one, 25, was announced using mysterious marketing. An except of her song Hello featured in an advertising break for The X Factor, broadcast against a blank screen.
Her first single, however, will be released in full on Friday, 15 October.
The powerhouse singer had previously said her fourth album would be released in 2020 but this was pushed back due to Covid.
What will this album be about?
Adele likes to write about her own life. She separated from her ex-husband Simon Konecki when she was 30. She is now dating Rich Paul, a 37-year-old sport agents from Cleveland, Ohio.
Konecki now lives across the road from the singer, and they share custody of their son Angelo.
She told Vogue in an interview: “I wanted to explain to him through this record, when he’s in his twenties or thirties, who I am and why I voluntarily chose to dismantle his entire life in the pursuit of my own happiness.
“It made him really unhappy sometimes. And that’s a real wound for me that I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to heal.”
It was previously thought Adele married Konecki in 2016, but she confirmed to Vogue that this was not the case, they got married in 2018. She then filed for divorce in 2019.
“The timeline the press have of my relationship, my marriage, is actually completely wrong,” she explained. “We got married when I was 30ā€¦ and then I left.”
“It just wasn’t right for me any more,” she added. “I didn’t want to end up like a lot of other people I knew. I wasn’t miserable miserable, but I would have been miserable had I not put myself first. But, yeah, nothing bad happened or anything like that.”

Clevelandā€™s Alternate Reality Releases New Music Video

Steve Delchin, who works as a local attorney, and his Alternate Reality bandmates ā€” guitarist Jon Engeman, drummer Bob "Savage" Schwartz, guitarist Bob Delchin and bassist Nick Crow Ā brother, guitarist Bob Delchin ā€” became a sensation several years ago when he and the band released a campy music video for the tune "The King That Never Was." The video went viral (Yahoo crowned it "The Most Epically Awful Video of 2011") and has amassed around one million views on YouTube.Ā 
This time around, the group has released an ambitious new music video for its latest single, “Project Wormhole.” The video was filmed over a five-year period and features more than 150 actors.Ā 
Delchin once again directed, edited and produced the video, which features a rare version of the famous DMC DeLorean sports car made famous in Back to the Future. Ā 
“The heavy metal scene has so many great genres and themes, and I wanted to explore all of them in a single video,” says Delchin in a press release. “‘Project Wormhole’ features prehistoric characters, Egyptians, Roman gladiators, Vikings, Medieval warriors, pirates, Civil War soldiers and even zombies.”Ā 
“Project Wormhole” includes scenes from an elaborate full-day video shoot in Cleveland’s Public Square featuring more than 100 zombie extras. The spectacle attracted a large group of onlookers and even caught the attention of Cleveland’s NBC TV affiliate WKYC Channel 3, which covered Alternate Reality’s video shoot on its nightly newscast.

‘NO SUCH THING’ Tyson Fury breaks ā€˜Drake curseā€™ after rap superstar backed Gypsy King to beat Deontay Wilder in trilogy fight

TYSON FURY broke and rubbished the supposed 'Drake curse' after the rap superstar backed the Gypsy King against Deontay Wilder.
The Canadian artist has been a jinx for several sportsmen, who have posed for pictures with him and then get beaten.
Even Anthony Joshua, 31, was among the victims, after uploading a photo with Drake before his shock 2019 loss to Andy Ruiz Jr, 32.
But his great rival Fury, 33, overcame the myth, by knocking out Wilder, 35, in their Las Vegas trilogy fight.
Drake had wished the WBC champion luck and some superstitious fans feared it would be a bad omen.
But not Fury, who later made light of the curse on his Instagram story.
He posted: "Curse? No such thing pal."
Fury dropped Wilder three times in total but twice had to pick himself up off the canvas in round four.
The unbeaten Brit finally closed out the show, and their rivalry, in round 11 of the heavyweight classic.
Fury's much-earned afterparty went on till the early hours of the morning in Sin City.
He told clubbers: “They’ll be talking about this f***ing fight a thousand years from today.
"They’ll say where were you? You were all here with the champ!”
Hours earlier, he said: “Am I the greatest heavyweight of my era? Without a doubt. Number one, numero uno. I believe I could beat anyone in history.
"Any man born, I believe I’ve got a really good chance of beating him.”

PETE ROCK USES C.L. SMOOTH THROWBACK TO CONDEMN ‘NEGATIVITY & FUCKERY’ IN CURRENT MAINSTREAM RAP

Legendary Hip Hop producer Pete Rock was just 10 years old when The Sugarhill Gang released “Rapper’s Delight,” Hip Hop's first Top 40 Billboard Hot 100 hit.
As one-half of Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth, he came to the limelight in the 1990s with songs such as “They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)” and “Straighten It Out” from the duo’s debut album, Mecca and the Soul Brother. Needless to say, Rock has watched Hip Hop evolve in a myriad of ways over the years, and there’s a sense he’s not exactly impressed with what’s being pumped out to the masses in 2021.
On Saturday (October 9), Rock shared a black-and-white throwback photo of himself with C.L. Smooth to his Instagram account and condemned all the violence in some mainstream rap, while explaining why he thinks rap looks like it does today.
“Was just some clueless youngins here,” he wrote in the caption. “Wish i woulda knew then what i know now. A lot woulda been different but its all good. Being a threat in this business was a real thing for me. Unfortunately the less talented had some tricks up their sleeves to remove us from our message to the people to usher in negativity & fuckery.
“Our talent was the real deal which no part of what we had together talent wise could be fucked with. Remove the threat so we can change the direction of hip hop.”
Pete Rock continued, “Greed with a bunch of other shenanigans has turned real into fake, and fake into more fake smh. Talkin violence in your raps not uplifting our people. Gonna be time when dem street stories gonna get less attention and will have to show what else can you talk about other than thuggin. the real ones this dont apply to you. just the ones on front street rappin.”
He ended his tirade by imploring people to conserve Hip Hop culture with, “Hip Hop is forever and forever is hip hop. Preserve The Culture!!!!!! With some of us its all we got.”
Following Mecca and the Soul Brother, Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth dropped one more album in 1994 called The Main Ingredient but ultimately broke up. Since then, Rock has released a plethora of solo albums and produced numerous Hip Hop classics such as Nas’ “The World Is Yours” from Illmatic and Common’s Ice Cube diss track, “The Bitch In Yoo.”
Most recently, Rock released PeteStrumentals 3, the third installment in his ongoing instrumental series and first sample-free endeavor.
