Accomplished songwriter, artist, and label owner Joelle James has released her latest track “Heart Can’t Take It”, a nod to the old-school R&B/pop that Joelle grew up listening to.

Joelle has spent the last few years penning tracks for Ella Mai, Justine Skye, JoJo, Tamar Braxton, among others.

Ella Mai’s “Boo’d Up” gave Joelle James her first (but not last) GRAMMY win. With a unique style and classic talent, collaborators have referred to Joelle James as this era’s Carole King-meets-Missy Elliott.

Her upcoming album iScream is produced by the illustrious “1500 or Nothin” collective who has previously worked with Jay-Z, Nipsey Hussle, and Justin Timberlake.
