Over the years, Lord Jamar has been Em’s critic. Par for the course, the MC has weighed in on Emโ€™s recent comments on Hip Hop culture.

In a recent interview with KXNG Crooked, Em was asked if he believes heโ€™s a โ€œguest in the house of Hip Hop.โ€ Without hesitation, Shady conceded โ€” but without referencing Lord Jamarโ€™s name.

โ€œThe funny shit is, with the whole beef a certain person [Lord Jamar], I never said I wasnโ€™t a guest,โ€ he said. โ€œIโ€™m absolutely a guest. I never said I wasnโ€™t.โ€

On Friday being February 21, the same day the interview premiered โ€” Jamar took his thoughts to Twitter and essentially claimed victory in the debate.

โ€œI guess his EGO wouldnโ€™t allow him to say โ€˜Lord Jamar was right the whole time, & I was buggin for coming at him the way I didโ€ฆmy badโ€ฆI am a guest in the house of Hip Hop.โ€™

โ€œBut at least the EGO was quelled enough to admit what Iโ€™d been saying all along.โ€ He added in a follow up Tweet.
