South African hip-hop star, Nasty C has found a new home at Universal Music Group after signing a massive recording deal with the company last week.
Many had expected Nasty C to go independent after he left his former label ‘Mabala Noise’ but the rapper who recently turned 21 followed a different path and signed with UMG.He however thanked his former music label for their support.
He wrote on Twitter;
“Btw I’m UMG now, Mabala Noise is still & will be always be my family tho. @SirGovner You gotta promise to continue opening doors for our youth and motivating them to aim high,G!!! P’s.I’M BRINGING YOU UP ON STAGE WHEN I GET MY GRAMMY”.
